What happens when you are waiting to eat that perfect meal?
What, to you, is the perfect meal? To these ends, I will concentrate the next following weeks to discovering.
Lets start with some ideas that may have some bearing on the definition of the perfect meal. You have every eaten at the "perfect" French restaurant in your area? I mean the one with the $$$$ on the listing? The one that takes five or six hours away from your life; Yeah, neither have I. But, there are still those that say that would be the perfect meal. They have the perfect symmetry between all courses. There is a different wine or drink for every course. There is a story that can be told from the logical progression from the amuse bouche that awakens your taste buds to all that can, and will be forthcoming; to final
dessert course.
Each of these courses build upon the last. Each one is distinct in its' own subtleness, its' own unique taste...and yet, its has its roots in the previous taste sensation. The crescendo that each binds your senses is almost organic. You leave the table with a true sense of loss.

WOW
I really am going to try to post every day again, whether or not anyone actually reads this blog.
So for Birthday 2009 I will start with a great quote from Jean Cocteau that really sums up my my thoughts today.
Enjoy

Update on Contribute
OK this is an update on the usage of Contribute to edit my blogs...
I have only used the product for 1 day, but I will not be using it.
My reasons?
First, let me say that it is a GREAT piece of software.
But, it costs too much for me. And I did not want to get a pirated version, or key. I just don't do that. There are enough of us out there that make a living developing this stuff to steal it. Enough on that. Also I thought it was overkill for what I wanted to use it for. I am now testing a Qumana. It has just enough features for me, and its FREE!
It allows for multiple blogs to be edited from one interface. It also has the functionality to accept most of the major blog sites out there. There is no need to open multiple programs to edit each of the blogs. Just the one.
One draw back is that i was not able to add the Windows Live account to the mix...Not a big deal there. As I use a Mac most of the time.

Downtown Restaurants ~ Little Chicago
Little Chicago.
This is a rework of a Canton original. I had high hopes when we decided to go there. I thought new building new bar, chef, but all the good things from the bygone days version...
Well the building was nice and spiffy, but thats about as far as it goes.
We went in, two people, and asked for a table. The Doorman shook his head and said "No, No, it'll be at least an hour" Well, being used to the Belden Village area wait times we said that would be fine with us...
We stood by the door in the Sports Bar side and waited. During our First 20 minutes, three groups of two were also given the same treatment. But, a couple of groups of 4 got right in...No reservations by any of these groups. I went to the windows that looked into the Cafe' side and saw 4 tables sitting vacant. The four groups of two still stood and waited by the door.
The doorman stated that he had a solution for us...we could sit at the bar and eat ours meals there. However, there was not a seat at the bar.HMMMM.
After about 35 minutes, what must have been the head waitress stuck her head out the door of the cafe side and asked if we were waiting for a seat. We of course said yes. She seated us immediately.
We ordered calimari as an appetizer, it was was very good. Just the right amount of zing in the sauce, pickled greek hot peppers and Aoli sauce...truly delicious.
The meals, well, they left alot to be desired. Very traditional Italian fair. It just did not have that something extra to make me want to come back.
The Live entertainment was pretty good (a Dean Martin tribute guy)
the atmosphere was also nothing to right home about.
All-in-All not a place I would tell my friends to patronage.
Oh we had our appetizer before we got our drinks or water...makes you think doesn't it?
Some of my friends just happened to be at the bar side at the same time (we didn't know they were there, if we did maybe we could have gotten a table right away?) they said the bar was ok, just a little too loud
Out of ten, my ratings are:
Drinks ~ 4
Hosting ~ .5
Apptizer ~ 7
Entree ~ 5
Entertainment 9
Experience 3
Recomendation: Don't waste your time, money, or Appetite...
Next Restaurant Will be "The Blue Olive Cafe"

How to disable double click (folder icon beside programs)
Ww left certain programs in the Quick Launch folder for Apps that they can use. OK works great...to a point. What we have found is that every time Windows updates runs it puts the IE and OUTLOOK EXPRESS shortcuts back. RIGHT, well we fixed that by disabling Windows Updates. (We do that function on our own).
That seemed to correct all the access problems that we had. They store users could not get into areas of the computer that they shouldn't be getting into and they could browse the internet...Right?
Not so. What happened was that an enterprising teenager (they do know more about computers than we do) found that if you double click the [PROGRAMS] listing on the start menu you will get a window to come up with an instance of c:\newstart. This window will allow you to navigate the c: drive as well as enter a web address and browse the internet. Problem back again, and this is a critical windows folder so you cannot delete it to make it not come up.
after several months of research, head banging on the wall, shouting, cursing, et all. we finally found a fix...
all you have to do is when the folder is up and in the address bar says: c:\newstart
1) right click inside the folder
2) Go to properties
3) go to security
4) add an instance for the user you want to exclude and deny their privileges.
a)***there should already be an instance of "everyone" with allow for all privileges ***
It took awhile to find this solution, and its quite simple when you think of it, but it really works fine.
I have searched all the major engines to find a solution for this and no-one has ever state that simple folder permissions would be the key.
